Spray polyurethane foam (SPF) stops air and moisture intrusion, cuts energy cost, strengthens the structure, and protects the internal air from mold, airborne pollutants and allergens, thereby creating healthy buildings. SPF seals the building to create an optimal energy-efficient environment.

R-value alone is not
the answer

Heat loss or gain can occur through any element of the building; wall, floor and roof/ceiling by the following three primary mechanisms.
  1. Conduction
  2. Convection
  3. Radiation.
Factors affecting insulation effectiveness
In addition, three secondary mechanisms can influence the heat loss/gain by affecting insulation effectiveness. They are
  1. Air Infiltration
  2. Air Intrusion
  3. Moisture Accumulation.

R-value, the traditional measure of an insulation's effectiveness measures only "Conduction".
"SPF" effectively prevents or blocks all six heat transfer methods.
